Robin alexandra
Robin currently resides in Carbondale in the Roaring Fork Valley but is a longtime resident of the North Fork Valley. Her artwork features vibrant images of the Divine Feminine rendered in oil and mixed media. It focuses on images honoring the re-emergence of sacred feminine energies to facilitate balancing the intense dominant masculine energies. Using bold forms inspired by ancient prehistoric images and intense hues, her vibrant eye catching images are filled with light and a sense of optimism. Alexandra also creates energetic portraits of individuals on commission.
She is a 1988 graduate of Keene State College and has shown her work on the east coast and throughout Colorado. During her years as a stay at home mom, Alexandra cultivated her dedication to goddess image making. Currently, Alexandra is Artist in residence at the Vallaster’s in Alexandria, VA.
